When it comes to raising funds for the Make-A-Wish Foundation®, the only limit is your imagination. People throughout the nation have created some incredible ideas. Some are appropriate for our national office, while others are perfectly suited for their local chapters.
Kids For Wish Kids®
Kids For Wish Kids is an extremely popular program for kids because it is managed by kids like you. As kids, you are responsible for forming committees, coming up with fundraising ideas, and carrying them out. Teachers and parents often serve as advisors, but ownership of the group belongs solely to you and the other kids involved.
Host an Event
Events are organized by outside parties to benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation of North Texas. Event sponsors vary from individuals, companies and corporations, kids groups, community groups and just about anyone who has a great idea for a fundraiser. Some of the unique and special community events that have been organized include golf tournaments, motorcycle rides, car shows, softball tournaments, bowling tournaments and silent auctions.
As a proud supporter of Make-A-Wish North Texas, G Wear has created custom design G Wear tees in which a portion of all proceeds from online purchases will be donated to help grant North Texas wishes. G Wear tees are made from recycled materials to ensure a better environment for our children now and in the future.
